Q: Can I access my belongings anytime day or night?

A: All tenants have access time from 6 am to 9 pm. You can also sign up for extended hours of access.

Q: Do I have to take out my own insurance?

A: When it come to insurance most tenants have current insurance policies that will cover their belongings while in storage.

Q: Do you offer specials?

A: All locations offer seasonal special along with monthly or prepaid specials.

Q: Can my moving company put my belongings in storage without me being there?

A: Most moving companies need to have you on site so check with your mover. We are happy to open the unit for them to place your belongings inside and then lock it up after they have left.

Q: Are all your units ground level accessible?

A: Yes ALL units are ground level and drive-up accessible - you can even have up to a 80 foot tractor trailer truck deliver.

Q: If I have questions is there anyone onsite?

A: All the locations have staff there on weekday basis from 9 am to 5 pm with Saturday 9 to 3 (Merrimack is open Sunday 10 to 2 )
